Sleep Shaping Services
(0-4 Months)

I work with families with newborn babies, all the way through to teenagerhood.  If you have a newborn and are looking for education and support – my Sleep Shaping services are for you.

Supportive Sleep Coaching
(5 Months+)

If you have a child who is 5 months or older (I work with kids from toddler to teenagerhood), my Supportive Sleep Coaching services will be a good fit.  I’d love to meet you – book a discovery call we can see if I’m a good fit.

Adult Sleep Coaching
