Hello! I’m Catherine Wright - I’m a sleep enthusiast at my core. I love what our relationship with sleep can tell us about how we are living. I help people heal their sleep challenges, and in the process, find clarity, focus and more connection in their lives. I’m often digging around the links between sleep, mental wellness, recovery, resilience, creativity and mindfulness. I am a family sleep consultant (ages 0-7 years) and work with adults as a sleep coach and educator.
